MN Open Fee Schedule
This MN Open Fee Schedule (“Schedule”) describes the economics terms applicable to Your use of the MN Open Service and is part of the MN Open Terms of Service (“TOS”) that governs Your use of the MN Open Service. From time to time MediaNet may modify this Schedule in accordance with the TOS. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the TOS.

† Streaming through the MN Open Service is only available in the United States.

If You are using the MN Open API, You may elect to provide Your own ecommerce solution or You may use MediaNet’s ecommerce solution through the MN Open API. If You are using the MN Open Web Components, MediaNet will provide the ecommerce solution for all Content purchased through such MN Open Web Components.
For all Content purchased or accessed through the Application for which payments are processed through the MediaNet ecommerce solution, MediaNet will pay You in accordance with Fee Table 1, above.
For all Content purchased or accessed through the Application for which payments are processed through Your ecommerce solution, MediaNet will deduct from Your MediaNet Account the amounts set forth in Fee Table 2, above. In such event, You must maintain a sufficient balance in Your MediaNet Account to cover all fees set forth in Fee Table 2, below. Please note that Content will not be delivered to End Users unless there are enough funds in Your MediaNet Account to cover each transaction.
